Microsoft has released the update KB9999786 for Windows 10 Fall Creators Update Version 1709 in its Windows Update Catalog and made it available for download.
According to the update catalog, this is an update called ” 2017-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB9999786) ” and is just under 55MB in size.

Note from 11/23/2017: Microsoft has now completely withdrawn the update KB9999786. This update KB9999786 is neither available through the WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) nor through the Windows Update Catalog. Apparently this update was only a test for the Windows Update Catalog or the WSUS, this may also explain the somewhat strange update number or designation with 9999786. More detailed information about this update or this test update Microsoft has unfortunately not published.
