Note from 09/26/2016: Microsoft has released another update for the original version of Windows 10 with the designation KB3193821 . However, the update does not change the Windows 10 version number , it remains on 10240.17113.
Annotation dated 10/01/2016: Cumulative update KB3194496 has been released by Microsoft and fixes some bugs and problems, including problems with Windows 10 updates .
Note from 02.10.2016: Numerous Windows 10 users report massive problems when installing the update KB3194496 . Due to an error in the update process, the phenomenon very often occurs that the PC is in a Windows 10 endless restart loop after the restart .
Note from October 6th , 2016 : Microsoft released a new cumulative update KB3197356 today . This update completely replaces the faulty update KB3194496 , which led to a restart loop for many Windows 10 users.
Note from 10/12/2016: Last night Microsoft released 3 new Windows updates called KB3194798 , KB3192441 and KB3192440 as part of its patch day . The corresponding entries can be found above in the tables with the associated new Windows 10 build numbers.

Note from November 3rd, 2016: Today the latest information about the next Windows 10 Feature Update (” Creators Update “) has been published on Windows FAQ. The new major release will be named 1703 internally and is the Anniversary 1607 successor.
Note from November 8th, 2016: Microsoft has just released a new cumulative update for Windows 10 Anniversary. This is update KB3200970 and this update increases the build to number 14393.447 .
