In our case, it only helped to install the Windows component ” Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio ” . The file ” VCRUNTIME140.DLL ” is part of Microsoft Visual C ++ Studio and also included in the free Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio .
